Special Care Suite

Our Special Care Suites are for those dogs that need a little extra TLC. These suites offer a little more attention for dogs that may have medical issues or are just a little nervous away from home. All our Special Care Suites include:

  • Elevated Kuranda bed
  • Additional staff observation througout their stay
  • Daily email or phone call to client with status update (client preference)
  • Administration of medication included

Please Note:


  • All boarding options are subject to availability.
  • Classic Suites are for dogs up to 30-40lbs to ensure proper sleeping accommodations.
  • Less than 24 hour reservations made will incur a $25 last minute booking fee.
  • Cancellations made 24 hours or less prior to your stay, during non peak seasons* will incur a $25 cancellation fee per dog.
  • Pickups after 11am will result in a full day of daycare charges if you do not have a daycare package. (Kindly note that daycare packages are only valid Monday through Friday).
  • Early Drop off accommodations can be made for an additional $15 fee.
  • An additional $10 will apply for late pick-ups on Sunday.
  • All social boarders will receive approximately 3-5 hours of playtime per day included in their stay.
  • Boarding drop off after 12pm does not guarantee group play.
  • Individual play is $15 and is required for non-social dogs.

Peak Season Boarding Fees and Cancellation Policy: To include and not limited to Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.


During major holidays/peak boarding times below, there is an additional fee of

$10 per night/per dog. The upcoming holidays are: 


  • January 1, 2024 - January 7, 2024
  • March 22, 2024 - April 3, 2024
  • May 23, 2024 - May 29, 2024
  • June 28, 2024 - July 7, 2024
  • August 30, 2024 - August 31, 2024
  • September 1, 2024 - September 4, 2024
  • November 15, 2024 - November 30, 2024
  • December 15, 2024 - January 4, 2025


* A 2 night minimum is required on November 22 and 23rd, 2023 as well as a 3 night minimum on December 23-25th. The holiday surcharge helps cover the additional staff and work that is required to handle the large volume of dogs during this time.

* We are closed for pick up or drop off on Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day (Staff is here to care for the pups).

* Reservations during major holidays require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

* While our boarders are provided with fleece bedding, crate pads, mattresses, sheets, pillows, etc. It is the owner’s responsibility to inform us if their dog is a chewer and if we should remove anything at each boarding reservation.

* Additionally, if any items are damaged by their dog during their stay, the owner will be charged a fee based off damages incurred.
